- Pertama2 kita campurkan air hangat dgn ragi,tambahkan 1sdt gula lalu kita aduk rata,diam kan 10menit,ampai raginya berbusa.
- Tepung terigu dan gula halus dicampur rata,lalu masukan ragi yg sudah aktif tadi,diulen sampai rata lalu masukan kuning telur,kentang kukus yg telah dihaluskan terlebih dahulu diaduk sampai setengah Kalis,masukan mentega,sp diadon sampai Kalis, lalu diamkan adonan selama 1 jam agar dia bs mengembang..
- Setelah 1jam,adonan sudah mengembang lalu kita kempeskan adonan dgn ditinju,lalu kita bagi2 adonan seberat 50gr...kita bentuk bulat2,satu persatu.
- Setelah itu kita celupkan ke dlm mangkok berisi air,lalu digulingkan ke tepung roti,taroh di alas kue yg dioles mentega supaya ga lengket slma 15menit setelah itu baru kita goreng satu persatu,setelah dingin kita isi dgn sosis,selada air,saos tomat dan mayonaise..
